Peer Review Policy

Double-blind Peer review is a critical part of publishing scholarly work. HSJ sent the article to two reviewers who are experts in the field. National and international reviewers are invited to have Unbiased, independent, critical assessments of all scholarly work, including the scientific process. In certain controversial cases, the opinion of a third reviewer can also be sought.

It has the following steps

1. Article submission
2. Editorial Office Assessment
3. Editor-In-chief Evaluation
4. Assigning paper to the Managing/Associate Editor
5. Desk Review
6. Suggestions to authors
7. Inviting reviewers (In case of Paper Pass desk review)
8. Receiving Review Reports & reports Assessments
9. Communicating Decision
10. Final Decision
