Aim & Objectives

Our aim and objective is to encourage researchers to publish their research relating to Business Administration, Management sciences, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management along with sub-domains to promote scientific and other understanding and to permit predictions and impact assessments of global change and development. AMSJ encourages researchers to provide full methodological details so that results can be reproduced and assessed. The journal supports open access and open science.

More specifically, Administrative and Management Sciences Journal (AMSJ) seeks to publish papers that asks and helps to answer important and interesting questions in management, develops or tests theory, extends prior studies, reviews and synthesizes existing research. All empirical methods including - but not limited to - qualitative, quantitative, meta-analysis and mixed-methods studies are welcome.

  • To significantly contribute towards extending body of knowledge in diverse areas of business administration, management sciences.
  • To publish high quality work on contemporary issues related to individuals and organizations to contribute existing knowledge database.

  • To Implement Research and Development of HEC, quality standards and publish articles within the scope of the journal.
