Author Guidelines

  • Author guidelines help authors format their manuscripts according to the following standards
  • Administrative and management sciences (amsj) welcome submission of articles via OJS, i.e. E. Open journal system, which can be accessible via
  • Authors must first register at the open administrative and management sciences (AMSJ) journal system.
  • After registration, authors can get help from submission guidelines to ensure that the manuscript is formatted per the journal’s requirement.
  • After submission of the article by the authors' desk editors will check the manuscript in light of guidelines, once desk review is completed, the manuscript will be sent for review or returned to the authors for further modifications.
  • It is the author's responsibility to ensure that the manuscript is not submitted to other journals nor has it been published as whole or in parts.
  • All manuscripts should be written in the English language and must follow the American Psychological Style (APA) which HEC approves.
  • APA Suggests: Font = Times New Roman; Font-Size =12; Line-Spacing =1.15; Margins=1 inch from all sides.
  • Articles must be between 8-12 pages and include a title page, consisting of authors’ names, complete affiliation, email, and postal address, The submitting author will be considered the corresponding author.
  • Abstract: Includes a summary of aims/purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusions abstract must be between 250-350 words.
  • Main-body: The article can be divided into the following sections
  • Introduction: it must provide an overview/background of the subject matter with clear research objectives.
  • Literature review: this section must consist of theories, studies conducted in the past, and their relationships based on current research.
  • Research design: it must consist of design, population, sampling technique, instrumentation/measures/ data collection/analysis techniques. It must provide enough detail of methodology to conclude.
  • Results: Representation of empirical findings in tables, figures, and graphs at relevant places not as an appendix.
  • Conclusions: What is concluded from the findings brief but critical evaluation of the research findings
  • HEC follows APA style all references should be done as follows:
  • Reference: Within text citations (2nd/Surname Of Author, Year), For the book, the page number will follow the year. One author: (Author, 2022), two authors (Author-1 & Author-2, 2022), and More than 2 authors: (Author Et Al., 2022). References will be placed at the end of the article in alphabetical order as follows:
