This study investigates the impact of integrating technology and flexible resource management on organizational performance, with a particular focus on strategic agility and dynamic capabilities. As firms transition from product-centric models to service-driven innovation platforms, they encounter several challenges, including resource alignment, enhancing agility, and fostering innovation. This research addresses a critical gap in the existing literature by exploring how established firms can cultivate dynamic capabilities to effectively navigate this transition.
